회사는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고, 이와 관련한 고충을 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
본 서비스(SKYT)의 세계관·캐릭터·서사·음악은 창작자가 직접 창작한 원저작물이며, 서비스 내 대화·이미지·영상 등의 구현 과정에서 생성형 AI 기술이 제작 도구로 활용됩니다. 멤버와의 대화 응답은 사전 저작된 시나리오 또는 AI에 의해 생성됩니다. (「인공지능 발전과 신뢰 기반 조성 등에 관한 기본법」 제31조에 따른 고지)

회사는 주민등록번호 등 고유식별정보, 비밀번호, 결제정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 회원 인증은 이메일 인증(링크 또는 6자리 코드) 또는 Google 로그인으로 이루어지며, 비밀번호를 별도로 생성하거나 저장하지 않습니다. Google 비밀번호는 회사에 전달되지 않습니다.
회사는 수집한 개인정보를 다음의 목적으로 이용합니다.
회사는 이용자가 회원가입 시 제공한 동의에 근거하여 개인정보를 수집·이용합니다. 이용자는 언제든지 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다(제7조 참조).
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보관·이용합니다. 이용자가 탈퇴를 요청하면 해당 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.
교신 진행 상태도 동일하게 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보관하며, 탈퇴 시 계정과 함께 지체 없이 파기됩니다(파기 절차는 제6조를 따릅니다).
RINGZ 메시지는 이용 기간 중 보관하며, 본인이 삭제하거나 탈퇴하면 즉시 삭제합니다. 승인이 거절된 공개 신청 글은 보관하지 않고 삭제합니다.
단, 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우에는 해당 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 보관합니다.
회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 이용자의 개인정보를 국외로 이전합니다.

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우나 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우에는 예외로 합니다. 서비스 운영을 위한 처리 위탁은 "개인정보 처리의 위탁" 항목을 참고해 주세요.
회사는 개인정보 보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 경우, 해당 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.
이용자는 언제든지 다음의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
위 권리는 제9조에 기재된 개인정보 보호책임자에게 이메일로 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 조치합니다.
내가 쓴 RINGZ 메시지는 작성 창의 '내가 남긴 한 줄'에서 언제든 직접 지우거나 privacy@voidmatter.net으로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이미 SKYT 공식 채널에 소개된 메시지도 요청하면 해당 게시물에서 지우거나 가립니다.
본 서비스는 현재 EU/EEA 거주자를 대상으로 하지 않으며, 해당 지역 거주자의 가입을 받지 않습니다.
회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 회원가입 시 만 14세 이상임을 확인하며, 만 14세 미만임이 확인될 경우 가입이 제한됩니다.
회사는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄하고, 이용자의 불만 처리 및 피해 구제를 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.
이 개인정보처리방침은 시행일로부터 적용됩니다. 방침이 변경되는 경우, 변경 사항을 서비스 내 공지사항을 통해 안내합니다.

The Company is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
The worldbuilding, characters, narrative, and music of SKYT are original works created by the creator. Generative AI is used as a production tool in implementing conversations, images, and video within the service. Member responses are either pre-authored or AI-generated. (Disclosure under Article 31, Framework Act on AI, Republic of Korea)

We do not collect government-issued identification numbers, passwords, or payment information. You sign in with an email verification (link or 6-digit code) or with Google. We do not create or store passwords, and your Google password is never shared with us.
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
Legal basis: We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you provide at sign-up. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 7).
We retain your personal data until you delete your account. When you request deletion, we erase your personal data without undue delay, except where retention is required by applicable law.
Signal progress data is retained on the same basis and is erased together with your account (see Section 6 for deletion procedures).
RINGZ messages are kept while you use the service and deleted immediately if you delete them or close your account. Public submissions that are declined are deleted, not kept.
To provide our service, we transfer your personal data outside your country of residence.

We do not provide your personal data to third parties, except where you have agreed in advance or where required by law. For processing we outsource to operate the service, see "Outsourcing of personal data processing."
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
To exercise these rights, email the data protection contact in Section 9. We will respond without undue delay.
You can delete your own RINGZ messages anytime under 'Your lines' in the message window, or ask us at privacy@voidmatter.net. If a message has already been featured on SKYT's official channels, we'll remove or hide it there on request.
This service is not directed at, and does not accept sign-ups from, residents of the EU/EEA.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 14. We verify that users are 14 or older at sign-up, and sign-up is blocked for those under 14.
This Privacy Policy applies from its effective date. If we make changes, we will notify you through an in-service notice.
