Void Matter (이하 "회사")
회사는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고, 이와 관련한 고충을 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.

회사는 주민등록번호 등 고유식별정보, 비밀번호, 결제정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 회원 인증은 매직링크(이메일 인증 링크) 방식으로 이루어지며, 비밀번호를 별도로 생성하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
회사는 수집한 개인정보를 다음의 목적으로 이용합니다.
회사는 이용자가 회원가입 시 제공한 동의에 근거하여 개인정보를 수집·이용합니다. 이용자는 언제든지 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다(제7조 참조).
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보관·이용합니다. 이용자가 탈퇴를 요청하면 해당 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.
교신 진행 상태도 동일하게 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보관하며, 탈퇴 시 계정과 함께 지체 없이 파기됩니다(파기 절차는 제6조를 따릅니다).
단, 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우에는 해당 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 보관합니다.
회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 이용자의 개인정보를 국외로 이전합니다.

회사는 광고 성과 측정을 위해 Meta Pixel 도입을 준비하고 있습니다. 본 방침 게시 시점 기준 Meta Pixel은 실제로 작동하지 않으며, 수집이 시작되는 시점에 본 방침의 해당 표기를 갱신합니다.
회사는 개인정보 보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 경우, 해당 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.
이용자는 언제든지 다음의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

The Company is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We do not collect government-issued identification numbers, passwords, or payment information. Authentication is handled through magic links (email verification links); we do not create or store passwords.
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
Legal basis: We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you provide at sign-up. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 7).
We retain your personal data until you delete your account. When you request deletion, we erase your personal data without undue delay, except where retention is required by applicable law.
Signal progress data is retained on the same basis and is erased together with your account (see Section 6 for deletion procedures).
To provide our service, we transfer your personal data outside your country of residence.
